We are looking for experienced candidates interested in joining our Manufacturing Plant to take the position of Continuous Improvement Manager responsible for providing leadership, direction, developing and coaching of others in production environment that is focused on safety, quality, customer service and operational effectiveness. A key objectives for this role is to be a catalyst of change within supply and play a lead role in the development and execution of the site strategy and establish a high level of regional and global networking to ensure cross fertilization. Key responsibilities: Support the plant manager in human safety initiatives. Developing the site strategy in close cooperation with the Regional Supply Leader, Supply Chain and Regional IE Represent Supply in activity management by recommending and implementing supply solutions Identify improvement opportunities for end to end supply chain. Prepare feasibility study, recommend solutions and lead chosen projects Develop and monitor Capital investment plan in co-operation with Technical department. Develop monitoring tools and support the process of results tracking, reporting and its visualization. Ensure process standardization and its continuous improvement Manage site lean initiatives Representation in regional and cross departmental projects Formula management Build and manage the team, build associates engagement Candidate’s profile: Master’s degree preferably in engineering or business related discipline 5 years of experience in production environment 3 years of successful experience in managerial role Knowledge of GMP / Lean manufacturing tools / 5S Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Polish and English language skills What do we offer?
